Trauma-informed coaching is crucial because it acknowledges how past trauma affects present behaviours, creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel secure in exploring challenges without being re-traumatised, preventing harm, facilitating deeper healing, and promoting genuine growth.

Group Therapy Sessions

Connect with others and share your journey.  This is a unique environment  where we share experiences, offer mutual  and non-judgmental support that helps combat isolation, build self-esteem, and develop effective coping strategies for a range of emotional and mental health challenges

These sessions are essential for empowering families to forge good relational dynamics, enhance communication and promote a healthier, more positive family environment. 

School workshops       

Teenagers need wellbeing coaching in schools to build crucial life skills like resilience, self-awareness, and emotional regulation,  preparing them for future challenges, acting as vital early intervention for mental health

School consultancy      

We provide in-house SEMH consultancy to support schools in developing a leading whole-school approach, ensuring every child’s social, emotional and mental health needs are met. With extensive experience in setting up and running specialist provisions, we have a proven track record of transforming outcomes for young people with SEMH needs and complex trauma.

Our group therapy workshops provide a supportive environment for connecting with others, sharing experiences, and supporting each other's growth.We provide a wide range of tools and resources for our clinets which they can use both in-session and independently. Our aim is to validate and embrace each other in a way that boosts confidence and forges strong lifelong relationships that promote post-traumatic growth. Our meet ups can take place in a range of environments to suit the needs and requirements of our clients - ensuring their comfort and safety is always the priortiy. 

What is included in the mindfulness retreats?

Mindful somatic exercises and opportunities for self-reflection and relaxation in a peaceful setting.
